Ursula Bagnall

Ursula has practised law for over 30 years, first as a barrister and then in both small and large firms of Solicitors.
From 1996-2003 Ursula ran her own firm in Totnes, Devon. As well as Family Law, the practice offered conveyancing, wills, personal injury claims and most types of litigation.
Following her return to the Isle of Wight, Ursula decided to set up her ‘niche’ divorce practice in 2005, believing that clients going through the trauma of marital breakdown need a really personal service. Ursula quickly gained an excellent reputation, mainly through personal referrals and word of mouth.

Tracey Cole LLB

Tracey is a graduate member of the Institute of Legal Executives, and a specialist in Family Law.
She joined Ursula Bagnall in October 2013.
Tracey graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a 2:1 Honours Degree in Law, having prepared an excellent dissertation in the subject of Private Child Care Law. She then completed her graduate ILEX course with the Institute of Legal Executives, again specialising in Family Law.
Outside of her legal career Tracey has experience in the retail industry. She has 4 children ranging from 9-24 and one grandchild. Bringing up children of her own has given her valuable insight into her specialist subject of Child Arrangement Orders.
Tracey has a forthright and robust manner, which is welcomed by clients and opponent Solicitors. She is both approachable and understanding in her dealings with clients going through the trauma of family breakdown and knowledgeable in the remedies available to them through the Courts and through alternative dispute resolution services.
